Does Lakeside Student Living allow pets?

Are there breed or weight restrictions?

What fees are associated with having a pet at Lakeside?

There’s a one-time, non-refundable $350 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent, charged alongside your regular rent each month. 

How do I register my pet?

You’ll need to provide an up-to-date vaccine record and a photo of your pet. Pets must be at least 6 months old. Once approved, you’ll sign an animal addendum, which all roommates on the lease must also agree to, before paying the pet fee and bringing your pet to the property.

What happens if I have an unregistered pet in my apartment?

You’ll be charged a $100 unauthorized pet fine. If you then choose to register the pet, you’ll still owe that fine in addition to the standard pet fee and monthly pet rent.
