For college students nervous about living off campus, Lake Side is easily one of the best choices. I have been living at Lake Side for two years now and already renewed my contract for a third year. Any time something breaks or is not working, maintenance is out the same day to fix it. Lake Side also has a text message system to send out information and you are able to text them and ask questions which makes communication easy...If you are worried about the distance, they have a shuttle that will take you to campus throughout the day.

Lived here for 2 years and had an amazing experience! Management are always on top of issues. The amenities and pool are really nice especially during the summer.
