At Lakeside Student Living, we keep leasing simple and flexible for your lifestyle. Whether you’re staying for a semester or the full academic year, our transparent leasing options are built around student needs—no hidden fees, no surprises.
Length: 12 months, or 6-month short-term leases for an additional $175 per month.
Security Deposit: $25, with any applicable damage and cleaning fees charged after move-out.
Guarantor: Not required.
Insurance: Required; renters insurance available for $12 per month.
Utilities: $6 monthly utility fee plus usage. Wi-Fi and cable included in rent.
Damages are charged after move-out. Please keep decorations inside your apartment. For holiday decor, any door and patio/balcony decorations should be seasonally appropriate and removed by January 1st.
