Q: What appliances are included in the apartment?

A: All major appliances are provided such as garbage disposal, dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and a full size washer and dryer.

 

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: Yes-we love fur babies! Pet limits and restrictions apply.

 

Q: Is there a fee to bring my pet?

A: $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent

 

Q: Are the apartments furnished?

A: YES! At Lakeside, we make it our mission to help both parents and students with their quest to find the best apartment in Starkville, MS. Our furnished units come complete with comfortable furniture in both the bedroom and living room, including a luxury memory foam mattress.

 

Q: When is rent due?

A: Rental installments are due on the 1st of each month. Rent is late after the 3rd of each month. While advance payments are accepted, partial payments are not.

 

Q: How do I go about paying my rent?

A: There are several methods you can choose when it comes to paying rent. While we are unable to accept cash, we do accept checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. Another convenient option is to pay online through our website using a checking account, credit or debit card. Note: the payment processor does charge a convenience fee for online payments.

 

Q: What all does my rent include?

A: Everything! Your rental installment covers internet, trash, water, cable with HBO and electric with a $25 green cap per occupied bedroom.

 

Q: What do I do if I do not have a roommate?

A: No worries! We realize that finding the perfect roommate is not an easy task. We offer a roommate matching service. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

 

Q: Do you offer on site and after hour’s maintenance?

A: Yes! At Lakeside we have an amazing maintenance team who work hard to ensure all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. We also have a maintenance call line for after hour emergencies.
